.01 / The brief
Help families find care when they need it most.
Crossroads Annandale & Eskdale has supported people to live well at home since 1978, offering everything from visiting care to 24-hour support and respite for unpaid carers. People often arrive at a care website at a stressful moment, so the site needed to explain the services plainly, build trust quickly, and make the next step obvious.
.02 / The approach
Clear services, a clear route in, and trust signals up front.
Each care service has its own clear explanation, and a dedicated "How to access our services" page walks families through who can receive support and what happens next. The contact form routes enquiries by subject, including referrals, careers and feedback, so they reach the right person. Registration with the Care Inspectorate, SSSC-registered carers and the charity number sit on the homepage, where people look for reassurance.
.03 / The outcome
One place for families, future staff and the team.
Alongside the care information, the site carries the charity’s recruitment for care attendants and trustees, its newsletters and inspection reports, and a secure staff login area. The charity now has a single, easy-to-update home for everyone it serves and everyone it needs to reach.
